Xitiz Technomech LLP, based in Ahmedabad, is a leading manufacturer of innovative vacuum furnaces for metallurgical applications. In 2023, the company expanded into a state-of-the-art facility at Chhartal, Ahmedabad, covering 8,900 m² (100,000 ft²) with an additional 3 acres reserved for future growth. Operating alongside its sister company Cermet Sintered Technology, Xitiz supports continuous R&D and production trials in PIM/PM sintered components.
Xitiz has become the only indigenous manufacturer of MIM furnaces in India, offering complete solutions for MIM/PM technologies with numerous installations nationwide. Its advanced designs ensure uniform heat distribution, optimized gas flow, and energy efficiency, setting new benchmarks in quality. Building on this success, Xitiz has expanded into vacuum heat treatment technologies, including hardening, brazing, nitriding, and its proprietary low-pressure vacuum carburizing (LPC) system, which has placed the company among the top vacuum equipment suppliers.
